Wings For Wheels

Some of you may have noticed that there’s a new ad on the left sidebar. It’s for a book called The Light In Darkness by my good friend Lawrence Kirsch. Longtime listeners of the podcast will remember when he appeared on the show to talk about his first book, For You, and when we paid tribute to the memory of E Street Band organist Danny Federici.

The Light In Darkness follows along similar lines as For You, in that it’s told by Springsteen fans and features lots of great photos. But the new book is devoted exclusively to the Darkness On The Edge Of Town album and tour. I should also say, in full disclosure, that I contributed a piece to the book about the book that I hope will make the final cut.
